Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb langostino tails fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges optional, for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Langostino: Thaw and drain the langostino tails if frozen. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

    Melt the Butter: In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter melts.

      Cook the Garlic: Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

        Sauté the Langostino: Add the langostino tails to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and heated through.

          Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges if desired. Enjoy!
