Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kefir
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Optional: Powdered sugar and fresh berries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the Kefir, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool, then frost with your choice of frosting.
  • Optional: Dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh berries before serving.
