- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp fresh marjoram leaves or 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
